Thanks so much for your feedback Tanya. My surgeon said he may have to put a couple of drains in, but is hoping that it won't be necessary, but at least I will keep in mind now it may very well be an option! I was just really wondering whether I would be able to drive and how much time to take off work. Perhaps one week is a tad ambitious (lol!!) I have a office job so I may be able to still do a bit...
I do have one other question that I hope you don't mind answering.... I was just wondering if you are happy with the final result? My 'expanded' boobs are a bit of an odd shape at present and I am hoping they will be more boob like with the silicone implants....I just hope that I am not expecting too much. I am going to get tattoos for nipples (as I am very familiar with skin grafting and it does not really appeal to me). Its funny, I didn't have a good relationship with my original saggy old boobs....I didn't think I would feel all vain about my new ones (lol)....
