Hi Chris, My plastic surgeon made my right pocket too large so now my right boob is much much lower. I have to have this fixed so i think that it sounds all normal that your surgeon doesnot want to make the pocket too large. When you have the silicone implants in the skin sits much more comfortably around it. You'll feel like a new woman. My surgery is between april and june next year.
