HI, I have same pathology E+ P+ her2+ Grade 3. I also had two smaller lumps removed grade two with two sentinal nodes pos. Auxillary clearance and port followed 10 days ago after the first surgery one mth before. 16/16 rest of nodes negative which was good news finally. I will be starting chemo next Monday for six so it seems will be travelling this *@#ty path together. I have a different regime TCH taxotere, carboplaton and herception. I am 50 with three daughters 16,17 and 20. I have slight blood pressure and my onc has chosen this over others as it has less chance of heart issues, altho hercepton still has it rsiks. I am extrmemly nervous about my first chemo. We are all so different in regard to effects and I actually feel like my luck has not been that great so far - Im likely to get the worst!! My hope for you is that you have good family and friends support. There is also so much support and help from breast care nurses and others so make sure you keep asking and querying about the services available. We need to take every bit of help we can. I am sure that down the track when we not feeling so great it will help us get through.
I am at the same stage as you and cant offer to much good news so to speak but I do know that in a way we are lucky as there is a lot of targeted therapy they can throw at cancer with our pathology. Targeted therapy that works really well. I'm going with that at the moment!!
My thoughts and prayers for a drama free first chemo on wednesday and not too many sides effects! We can do this together.
:-)
