Radiation waiting times
Forgive me for being a stresshead but has anyone had to wait 16 weeks for radiation to start? My second op was Feb 22. My mapping appt is April 24 and my start date is May 14. I asked for it to be bro...
Hi @MrsMorrisey, I had my DMX on 1 April 2020, and radiation started 24 June 2020. Not as long a wait time as you, but still long. I know with chemo there is a certain timeframe for it to be effective, but I don’t think the same applies to radiation. I think it’ll be just as effective even if started a bit later. (I could be wrong though). Good luck.
