I think it is very confronting at first but after awhile it becomes routine.I felt abit vulnerable lying there half exposed and then everyone running out of the room before the zapping started.Can you put it in words what worries you?I think it helps to vent your fears here.It's a safe,supportive place and we understand what you are going through.Tonya xx
