@Sonya9 - in the meantime Just try & keep busy doing stuff you like doing (or even a jigsaw puzzle!) & hopefully, that will take your mind of it for a while ..... I've had a couple of health incidents this week (ended up at the hospital yesterday) so know that fear feeling (but fine today!) ..... our minds can be our worst enemy! :(
