Radiation planning appointment 23 September 2015
I felt the whirlwind again..met 2-3 technicians who placed, inked, measured CT'd and then took photos and tattooed me??
As ever my husband was patiently waiting for me in the waiting room- I don't ...
Hi Janiot,
i just went through exactly the same thing yesterday. Measured,marked, cat scan and tattoo's! I will be having 6 weeks radiotherapy commencing 5th October. I didn't meet the nurses only the techs and my radio oncologist came in to see me as well. I will be asking the nurses all about skin care as that really worries me. I have two small areas on my reconstruction(I have an expander in following mastectomy) that have broken down a little as it was over stretched. The Drs aren't concerned though! I would be interested to know what advice you got?
