Your surgeon knows the details of your tumour and what is likely to be required to give you the best chance. TNBC usually requires chemo, as there are no targeted treatments for it, as there are for hormone receptor positive or her2 positive tumours.
Talk to your surgeon, listen, ask lots of questions. Same with the radiation & medical oncologists. Take someone with you to appointments. They will pick up on different things that you may miss or not take in.
