You know the old saying - Kindness is always returned. You have been so giving and now it is your turn to receive. Creams. These worked marvellously for me on my body - boob, neck and back area both times I had radiation. They all have no nasties in them. Aqueous Cream - David Craig Professional (was given to me by the nurses but can be purchased in any chemists) Aloe Vera gel - Plunkett's; Natural Body Lotion - Natural Instinct (Health shops and most chemists). I used to smother myself firstly in the aloe vera then the natural body lotion but on the worst spots with the aqueous cream because it is thicker. Because I had to travel 30 minutes home from the clinic, I used to spray myself with the aloe vera mist (also from chemists) as soon as I got down from the table - just to cool the area. Looked pretty funny if I forgot whilst in the clinic and had to do it in the carpark (lucky for sunvisors). I also cooled the area down when I got home by placing cool face washers on the area before applying the lotions. I used to do this regime at least 3 times a day. Bit of a slippery character I was but I never got any blisters and I have fair skin. Good luck. XLeonie
