Thanks Moira and Michelle for your comments. I'll try the counting thing! I am using the Moo Goo and crossing my fingers I will come out ok. I know it sounds terrible but it is kind of like being slowing cooked, isn't it...? a dreadful thought. But I am happy to do it because it seems it reduced re occurrence by a large percentage.
