Forums and support networks I have found to be great because you know everyone is experiencing the same emotions and feelings as yourself. Not having to explain yourself over and over, just agreeing and saying to yourself "wow thats how Im feeling today"!
My very good friend gave me a card recently with a quote from Dr.Suess in it! It has become a bit of an anthem in my house and I read it daily!
