Putting things in Perspective

I received some sad news on the weekend - NOT ME, NOT BC related.

A very close friend of mine had to make a decision to stop medical intervention on a newborn baby.

The most difficult decision any parents has to endure.  Sydney sky has been mourning for this little girl since.  I later found out the meaning of her name was  "Alive, she who lives Well".

Though we have face BC and its challenging journey of a ferris wheel. We are travelling moving + "Alive" & our family are Well & very much here to be with us.

This very sad incident reminds me to put things in Perspective - don't sweat over the little things, before, during or after my BC.

For us who are "ALIVE, she who lives WELL"

to all the pink ladies ...May your day fill with celebration of joy and live well.

xxxxoooo

thanks for the thoughts. yes, it is sad that your friend has decided to stop medical intervention on her newborn baby. i cannot imagine the heartache of losing a child, and making that decision. each day is precious, and i am sure she is glad she has you for support amy, at this hard time in her life.

i heard something recently.. that said " the hardest part of love is " letting go ".

on a lighter note........ it is a glorious, sunny day today; brilliant blue sky out there. high IV though in middle of the day.

i better make a move.. bye for now.. OX kathy.
