Hi ladies,
Back from Adelaide yesterday and am quite exhausted. Had a few tears lat night, overtired I think. Better today. Back to Adelaide to get stitches out Thurs. 10 hours round trip for 10 m...
Hi Chris thats great news that everything has gone well. Sorry that your not too happy with the size. I am like you i have not had my larger implant replaced yet or nipple reconstruction as i am too scarred that i will get an infection. I am scheduled for April to have the larger implant swapped over but i am so confused i don't know what i will do. I like the larger side but it is a little too heavy and causes quite a bit of discomfort and i am not sure if i am going to be happy with the smaller size after getting used to the size i have now. And i can't stop thinking what if i get an infection and have to have the implant removed completely then i would be so dissappointed that i did not just leave it.
My skin is also very thin on top of the implant. Do you know how thick the skin actually is that is covering it?? My implants are also very cold, its hard to stay warm now too. Do you get this??
I quite like not having nipples. I think i will go through with the nipple reconstruction i am just in no hurry.
My life has all of a sudden got very busy with the kids and all their sporting activities and school and i don't want to take any more time away from them at the moment.
Take care of yourself, love Danielle xx
