Post op help

Hi cowesgirl I'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. It stinks and, unfortunately, you are another one among many who have had to endure this. I had bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction with expanders last year. My advice to you is to ask as many questions as you can. Be happy with your decisions and make sure you have an adequate pain-management plan in place. I found the recovery quite difficult and painful but others have not had the same experience.
