Well, with the mastectomy behind me & chemo just around the corner, it’s time to post an update of how my journey’s panning out ~ I’ve been a bit slack in maintaining this blog (have missed you all!)...

You have such a fabulous way with words! You have truly captured how it feels to have a mastecomy and reconstruction - - yet with such amazing humor. If it makes you feel any saner....I too will show my new boobs to anyone who is interested (which my dear friends find hysterical as I used to be extremely self conscious of the saggy DD ones the good Lord originally gave me!!). Your positive attitude is so uplifting (no pun intended) lol...
