I am so sorry you had to go through this. I think your suggestion of talking to your breast care nurse is a good one. I was a bit frustrated that it took 11 days from initial biopsy results to see my surgeon, then 15 days waiting for surgery and another 13 days before this coming Wednesday when I would have my post op appointment with my surgeon and get my results. It just so happens that because I have been so sick after surgery I had to go to my GP. She gave me a copy of my final pathology which shows highly aggressive Grade 3 HER2+. Now I don't know how long it will be before I get to see a chemo oncologist. I hope not too long as I want to start treatment asap.
Anyway, my suggestion is maybe you can ask your GP for your results instead of waiting for your surgeon?
