Post mastectomy & Diep flap

Thank you for sharing your story. I am in hospital day 4 after right mastectomy and Diep. I’m able to walk slowly and get myself to the toilet but OMG the pain in my back is horrible! When does that subside?
Im at hunters hill private in Sydney and the care is incredible. I’m nervous about going home though.
Its encouraging to read that it gets easier as right now it’s pretty tough. Almost wondering whether it was all worth it!
