Good on you for taking a break! If your doctor feels it's safe to have a break from your treatment then go for it!
I think it's important sometimes to take a deep breath and sit back and let the world go by, then when you feel better - pick yourself up and start again.
If I may, I'd like to suggest that you have a couple of pampering massages or baths and listen to some relaxation music - oh and don't forget scented candles (and if you're so inclinced - some champers!).
