For boredom I watched dvds. I got whole series of stuff like xfiles and while not exactly stimulating stuff it did help to pass the time.
In terms of mood, yes I did consider falling off the balcony head first a few times. I never did it of course but I felt so useless at times I just didn't know what to do. Fortunately it does pass so hang in there. XXXX
