LOL.. Well If I can video your return to Curves then you can video my crazy penguin day in turtle mode (waddling to get about and really really slow LOL) !! Luckily not every day though !!
Whoo Hoo for you.. I know that the treatment is hell.. But that journey back to a great head space is a wonderful one.. Take your time and enjoy the regaining your fitness..

p.s yes there are days where I can hardly get out of bed.. But they are ok too.. It is all part of the process back to health and a happy place LOL - those days can visit.. they are welcome but they are not allowed to stay the night.. not ever :) (and no.. no videos of those days either..
