Echoing your sentiments, we all need to be aware of our body and what seems out of place.
Like you I had a job that I couldn't leave behind every night (Teaching) and have bowed to the inevitable and am on sick leave concentrating on being as well as I can.
Thanks for sharing your experience, quite common on the American discussion boards, but rare for this forum.
