Thanks Tonya. I never realised how much I needed me time. I think I am recovering well but everytime I try to do too much it pulls me back, so I am really going to just put my efforts into healing. I have somewhere for meditation and will be going back Tai Chi in a couple of weeks. I had a great surgeon and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people in the hospital and they have all helped me realise it's time to reassess.
