I would be asking more questions of the surgeon. They would be in the best position to advise you of the outcomes possible in your situation. You are right in thinking that a mastectomy is a major step to take but I can understand your concerns about what your breasts will look like after these latest tumors are removed. A mastectomy with immediate reconstruction might be an option to explore. Ask lots of questions until you are confident to make a decision. It is your body so you need to feel good about this.
