Phyllodes tumour (low-grade)

I have recently had a Phyllodes tumour removed. Until the surgery, the lump was thought to be a fibroadenoma, but turned out to be a low-grade Phyllodes tumour. My surgery was on the 18th Feb 2014, and I am still recovering from the procedure. Would like to chat to others who may have had similar experiences.

  • Thank you for your well wishes! It's good to know that there are other people out there who have had the same condition as me, because I know that it is rare.

  • I am sorry that I have only just discovered this post and hope by now that you are doing well and do not have any return to worry about.

Good news that your tumour was low grade and I also hope that you are in very good medical hands.

    Best wishes
