Phyllodes Tumor - Anyone else out there?

Thank you ladies for your support. I live in Florida but am originally from NJ. I had surgery yesterday and was in a lot of pain when I woke up, but feeling better today. They removed the margins (extra tissue) that had touched the tumor. I am now waiting back to hear if that tissue was exposed. Thank you for your encouragement. I don't know of anyone else with this type of tumor and people are funny in saying "it's not cancer... You are ok!" Having two surgeries in one week is no fun and yes, I am SO thankful it's not cancer. Will keep you all updated :-) Thanks again for the support and prayers. Kate
