Im so sorry with what you have been through.
I to am supprised with all your surgeries and cant believe they didnt give you other options.
I myself had an aggressive PT and had no option other than to have a mastectory which gave me clear margins.
PT is a sarcoma, and it is a form of breast cancer, you need to explain this to your family.
You will read alot about PT and get confused as I did as there is so much conflicting information, but you do whats best for you to get clear margins.
