Thank you Colleen and Katie for your kind support and encouragement. I admire all your courage in going out there reaching for people in a similar situation.
Luckily, Elsie's tumour is all benign, Thank God. It was all a relief for us when the surgeon read the lab tests. She was advised to get a six-monthly check up and another mammogram in 12 months time. Her stitches will be taken out this week and all is well for her to recovery.
I have learned so much from her ordeal and find this blog of supportive group. So many courageous women there facing the unknown, you are all an inspiration.
