Hi Lydia,
I am so sorry to hear your diagnosis. I had immediate reconstruction after my mastectomy as I has a skin and nipple sparing mastectomy. It is a difficult choice to make - I just wanted the whole process to be over and done with however it didn't work out that way when I rejected the tissue expander. It is hopefully all behind me now and it is over 1 year ago since I had the Lat Dorsi plus implant reconstruction. I am sending you prayers and strength to make the decision that fits with you the best.
