First of all well done Katie completing your Mothers Day Classic Run and Mater one too. You certainly have come a long way and I hope by now that surgery is behind you and that your breast reconstruction went well. My daughter and grandchildren did the Mothers Day Classic Walk and enjoyed the experience and given that the grandchildren have disabilities they did well. The 16 yr old grandson was not impressed wearing a pink shirt but my daughter's work sponsored them so he had to wear it.
I came on here tonight to answer a pm and ended up reading these posts and had to say something. To all of you newcomers to Phyllodes I hope my situation helps you all through your experience with it too. I had my first imaging in June since my surgery in July last year and all is well for another 12 mths unless of course I find something myself.
Vicko my daughter and grand daughter have taken up boxing and they really enjoy it and only for exercise, not going in the ring. The discipline is great and they seem to be getting much out of it two evenings a week.
Sorry to read Lydia that your have lost your cousin with breast cancer and this will be a bit of a set back for your own healing and now your new diagnosis to add to the stressful time you are going through. I do hope that you are in good medical hands.
Hope you are progressing well too Tennille after your surgery and that you have a good recovery minus any added complications.
Katie it is Pancake morning tea again this week if you find you can get to it at the club. Would be nice to see you again.
All the best to everyone coping with Phyllodes Tumour.
Healing thoughts to all to keep you all well.
Hugs
