Lydia, Im so sorry for the lose of your close cousin, you touched my heart when I read your story, to be going through it yourself and then having someone close to you pass on, is very sad, you have to be strong now and fight on for your cousin.
Katie, your amazing no obstacle has gotten in your way, your a wonder women, i know you can do the 8km run, you go girl.
As for me, I have some good news, I am having my re-construction operation done on the 21st May, and very excited, I have been working out trying to loose weight and get fit prior to it, have to say today I cant move my body feels like Ive been hit with a bus with boxing class I did last night, I"m so excited as to do this and get on with my life......to enjoy and be happy
