Sorry to hear about your symptoms, I remember whillst I was dealing with the cancer on my head years ago, I learned that if i controlled my breathing by limiting my inhaling/exhaling to 8 times a minute this would help me immeasurably at times of stress, anxiety & apprehension. I truly hope this may assist you. Good luck Katie
