Hi
I had a really persistent seroma (12 months) and my lymphoedema specialist massaged most of it it away over time. Wish I had started it earlier. Can't help much with lymph tape as she didn't use that at all but as my aspirations were usually between 400 and 600 mls each time ( the worst was a litre and a half), it may not have been effective.
Good to get rid of it for more than comfort or cosmetic reasons. I had two minor infections (internal, warm, nutrient rich fluid is Christmas for bugs!) and then a really bad one. Resulted in surgery to clean it all out (and not the slightest problem since).
Good luck - it looks wonderful - body art!
