Hi @Jules65-sorry to hear you are having this. I developed neuropathy after my first treatment of Paklitekal --I was changed to Xeloda and it has decreased. I find regular massage or reflexology good. Also I find the more I can walk the better -seems to get the blood moving so good if you can. All the best
