pea size lump?

Hi, I'am going to the doctors to pick up my results from my discharge from my left breast, apparently it's just fluid. They didn't explain about the fluid so going to get a copy of the results. Today I also found a hard pea size lump on my left breast near the nipple. It doesn't hurt or move when I touch it, but for the last couple of months I have been getting some pain in my breast and armpits. They did a breast ultrasound a few months ago but that was fine but they did mention that it might not pick up things sometimes since my breast are so densed. I see the genetics Monday for some gene testing hopefully, and to see if they wanna do a mammogram.
