I think what you have experienced is known as a complete pathological response. It is great news as it means that the cancer was totally killed by the chemo that you had. This usually means that there is very little likelihood of the cancer coming back.
I have found a link for you to another post about this from a couple of years ago. The lady concerned was debating whether or not to have radiation after having all the cancer killed by chemo. Here is the link.
