Pathology results...

My post-op recovery is going very well although the surgeon tells me that it will take six weeks to get back to normal

 The other big news in regards to my health is that my surgeon told me my pathology results yesterday.

Anyhow  I am pleased to say that I think my results are as good as, if not the best, that I could expect in my current circumstances:

My Cancer is Stage 3
I had 10 tumours in my breast but the largest one was only 1.9cm in size
The cancer was in 7 of my lymph nodes - the surgeon removed  23 nodes
My cancer cells are hormone receptive
My cancer cells are HER2 Negative
My cancer is Grade 2

The surgeon didn’t tell  me my five-year life-expectancy stats but implied he thinks I will  be here for “a few more years” so that is what I am going to try to believe too.
