That is excellent news! I am only on my first round of chemo (end of week 2) and started getting the red spots on the back of the throat, dry mouth and furry feeling in cheeks. I have managed to halt it completely, except a dry mouth a times, by brushing with a soft toothbrush after every meal, gently...using a toothbrush that is double sided and does your cheeks a bit. Then I gargle and rinse my mouth with one drop of a top brand essential oil...I won't mention the name in case I can't. PM me if you want to know lol. I can say that it contains wild orange peel, clove bud, cinnamon leaf, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus leaf, rosemary leaf/flower essential oils. I wonder if the clove has a lot to do with it's success so far? Of course I am only a 'beginner' so if this regime stops working down the track I will go for what you suggest! Many thanks xx
