I think an open forum is great to assist in idea sharing and the initial contact, but the ability to have private discussions is a definate must as there are some sensitive subjects that some guys wouldn't want to discuss openly (thus avoiding any discussion). I agree (as seems to be the main opinion) that we should set up one main group as this would make it easier for idea's and support to be shared and review at a later date if there is a need to branch off into different groups. I have no preference of which group it is to be, so long as it is given the time and effort it needs to be effective. I certainly haven't given enough time to my group to this point, by the look of things there is a lot of good people that want to help and we should utilise everyone we can as best we can.
