I spill facebook and tell it like it is, so everyone knows what its like to have breast cancer! In an informative way, they all love it. I removed all people I didnt want to share it with first. I also document in my normal diary, how I feel, side effects, medications, food I eat etc and I started a tell it all on the computer and in a book - but lost interest. But do whats right for you! I wish you well with your recovery and you will find this website is fantastic and youll meet lots of great people in the same situation to give you support and advice. Just remember when you read anything, you situation will be different to all others, rare to find 2 people exactly the same. Just assume you will sail through it and get lots of support as you go!
