Am just curious if it is of major importance that I have a pain management plan to come off the panadeine forte?
They make me nauseous and I go on the nod like a heroin ad...

Everyone's lives are different. Everyone makes different choices. You do not need an person not committed to you and supporting your recovery. I hesitate to give advice ever....but looks like a sound choice. Loneliness makes us sad but now is the time to focus on you and self worth.
Re pain. I used Tramadol. Worked for me. Need dr script.
