Owning my scars

Inspiring BCNA member Judy Pippen of Woodgate Qld has spoken out about her breast cancer experience and mastectomy.

Judy has bared all and shared her story in a video produced by Brad Marsellos, of her local ABC Radio station in Wide Bay, Qld.

Brad writes: "When Judy was confronted with the fact she would lose her breasts, she considered how she could turn something so devastating into something helpful and positive for other women.

In the video above Judy shares why she asked her husband, Mike Lean to photograph her topless. Presenting a positive image of a woman celebrating who she is - scars and all."
