Ovarian Cyst

Hi everyone, It's been a while since I have been on here, I have been slowly getting back to normal after my DIEP reconstruction and then back to work. I recently went for a pelvic ultrasound for some abnormal bleeding that I have had and they found a 3cm 'functional' cyst on my left ovary.

To say I am beside myself is an understatement- even though the specialist is not panicking she is still be cautious and running all the tests. I have been on Tamoxifen for 12 months- can this cause a cyst?

Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am hoping that it is nothing and that I am worrying unnecessarily.
