Ouchies
Does anyone have issues with sore knees, wrists, ankles etc..?
Especially getting up off the ground when sitting, or walking up stairs in heels.. especially after a couple of drinks when out socially...
I finished chemo 8 months ago, recon was 3 weeks ago.
Hate stressing about everything!

- Myself and 3 year old grandson sitting on couch. Grandson: "Okay....now I'm Granny and you're Ashy". Granny says "Okay".....Ashton moves to edge of couch with each little forward movement and eventual leaving the couch and attaining an upright position coming with a "Unh...unh..." Granny gets the giggles... Yep Granny feet, knees, hips and every other joint.
- Sitting on the grass watching daughter's swimming comp yesterday...had to ask other daughter to help me up.
- I was the same after chemo. Hormone treatment made it worse. Welcome to codgerville. Sigh.
- Are you on hormone treatment? Unfortunately, it seems that one of the effects of menopause is problems with joints and the tamoxifen and AIs can accentuate this. I don't know if chemo has any effect.
