Hello ladies,
I was a regular blood donor before I was diagnosed with bc. I cannot donate blood until I am 5 years cancer free. When I discussed it with the blood donor clinic, my impression was it had more to do with me being given the best chance of recovery rather than there being a problem with my blood.
