Feeling much better thanks, I don't think I realised how unwell I was. On the upside, I dropped a couple of kgs--take any win you can. The nurse is now nearly two hours late, like all things health they are over worked and under resourced. I'm expecting a few visitors any minute, I hope she/he reasonably broad minded ,:)
