Hi @Zoffiel, which Ai drug are you on out of interest? I’m on letrozole been only like about 3 months and the joint pain is tough. Also have neuropathy in feet and hands and not sure if because of this the pain is worse there. Not sure how will cope for 5 years on it, bcn said today it can settle after 6 months? Maybe I’ll givd it at least that long and see if can continue with it or switch to tamoxifen. She said the hot flushes can sometimes be worse on that
