I had cellulitis too @Zoffiel a few weeks after I had an axillary dissection. Have no idea how I got it either, it’s just one of those things evidently. I spent four days in hospital on iv drip and then home with another course of abs. No temps, no other symptoms, just redness and heat.
That was back in January this year and I’ve had no further problems.
