hi dette, just remember after monday it is one down. whoo hoo. do every thing the oncol nurses tell you and rest when tired. if you want to cry .then cry if you want o scream do it.
i can remember my first chemo i was scared shitless.having seen what my mum went through 35 yrs ago i thought i would suffer the same. but it is so different now.
i was fine with the first one but crook after the rest but hey here i am fours years later.living proof that as awful as it is we do survive it.
dont be hard on yourself. it isnt easy i wont lie and some of us dont have a great time where other s breeze through it. (not me) but remember it is helping you to get well again. life will be different but it is life. still try to enjoy you birthday buy your self a little gift as a reward . will be thinking of you xx Fran
