Well done! First is the worst, the unknown. Now you know how you respond and can plan your week around the highs and lows. I was like you just a few days feeling worse for wear. I just planned for days 4,5 & 6 meals in fridge, back up treats for family. And an array of snacks that might take my fancy. I did take up girlfriends offers to help (school mums offers to help), as they explained to me they wanted to help, they needed to help. And for that I am grateful. Our friendships have now been cemented.
