Onco Dx test
I was wondering has anyone had a oncotype dx testing done? How did they find it ,was it useful in decision making?
As far as I understand, an oncotype dx test is only carried out if there is no node involvement - to ascertain whether chemo is going to be useful or not. If the nodes are involved, then the higher chance of malignancy beyond the original tumour leans to chemo treatment. I didn't have the test either but I had one malignant node.
